Welcome TSA Flight Competitors:
If you are competing in the flight competitions, we have several aircraft that can put you in the winners circle.
Sling shot gliders:
If you are flying in the sling-shot glider competition, you want to practice before you get to the actual tournament. Start with the SS-86 Sabre before going to the AF-100 SuperSabre. These sling-shot gliders will familiarize you with the basics of this competition. Once you have mastered these, you can safely proceed to design your own sling-shot glider incorporating your own great ideas. The manual that comes with the Boss-1 set is very valuable in basic sling-shot glider design and this package provides many students with the ability to construct a successful glider right from the get-go.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for reading the current TSA sling-shot glider rules and designing your aircraft according to those given parameters.
TSA Powered Flight Endurance:
A great plane to fly in this competition is the AF-19 Super Vee as well as the AF-22 Wasp, AF-23 Hornet or AF-24 Vulture aircraft. Although the latter three do not come equipped with landing gear, the wire and wheels can be purchased separately Gear-1.
It is a very good idea to get some of the very light covering material called Condenser Paper #Cond-1. It is very easy to apply and is ultra light and still very durable. A fairly well built aircraft covered with that tissue will easily be in the 8 gram range especially equipped with a light propeller like the KI-9 or the new PR-17 propellers. You want your aircraft right at the low limit since you are allowed only 1 gram of rubber motor. The lighter you make your aircraft. Don't forget to get a good winder like the 351P, winder 10 or even our new 5 to 1 winder equipped with a counter accessory 51C. You'll get the most out of your plane when you can match the width of the motor to the ceiling height which you can easily do with our CF-M1 motor pack that comes with 5 different rubber string widths.
Before you start ordering, carefully check out what aircraft dimensions this year's rules call for and compare the requirements to our existing products. Keep in mind that it is easy to reduce wing span and overall fuselage length just by cutting down a stick. However you cannot change wing chord easily.

CO-2 Racers
AeroRacers produces some of the fastest wheels made for this competition. Check out our RW-1 wheels but not without comparing the dimensions to this years' competition requirements.
